PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ezapply-passport.com (the “Website”) and the application-preparation services offered through it (the “Service”), operated by Easy Apply US (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website, completing our questionnaire, or purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or the Service.

2. Who We Are — and Who We Are Not

Easy Apply US is a private, independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the U.S. Department of State, the National Passport Information Center, or any other government agency. We are not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service.

Passport application forms are available free of charge from the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov. Our fee is charged for our preparation software, error review, and support services — not for the government forms themselves, which we do not sell.

3. No Legal Advice

Nothing on the Website or in any communication from us constitutes legal advice. We do not review applications from a legal standpoint, assess the legal sufficiency of your documents, or advise you on immigration, citizenship, or travel law. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

4. Description of the Service

The Service consists of: (a) a guided online questionnaire that collects information about your circumstances; (b) automated review of your responses for incomplete fields and common errors; (c) selection and preparation of the applicable U.S. passport application form (Form DS-11, DS-82, or DS-64) based on your responses; (d) delivery by email of your prepared application, printed with a machine-readable barcode, together with a personalized document checklist and submission instructions; and (e) customer support by phone and email during published business hours.

The Service does not include: submission or filing of your application, courier or hand-carry delivery, expediting, appointment scheduling, passport photography, payment of government fees, or any representation of you before any government agency. You are solely responsible for submitting your application.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase the Service. If you are preparing an application on behalf of a minor child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to provide the child’s information.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide. Our software prepares your application from your answers; it cannot detect information that is inaccurate but internally consistent. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Review your prepared application carefully before signing and submitting it;
Sign your application where and when required, including signing Form DS-11 only in the presence of an acceptance agent;
Obtain and submit all required supporting documents;
Pay all applicable government fees directly to the appropriate government entity;
Submit your application yourself, by the method identified in your instructions.

Providing false information on a U.S. passport application is a federal offense. You are solely responsible for the content of any application you sign and submit.

7. Fees and Payment

Our service fee is $69.90, charged once at checkout. There is no subscription, recurring charge, automatic renewal, or trial that converts to a paid plan. You will not be charged unless and until you complete checkout.

Our fee is separate from and in addition to all government fees. Government application fees, execution fees, expedited-processing fees, and delivery fees are set by the U.S. Department of State and applicable acceptance facilities, are subject to change, and are paid by you directly to those entities. We do not collect, remit, or advance government fees on your behalf.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

8. Refunds

If your order has been processed and you have not yet received substantive assistance from our customer service representatives, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 10 days of the original purchase date.
The service or document package has not been accessed, used, or delivered to you.
No refunds will be granted after 10 days of the purchase date, or once a customer service representative has provided substantive assistance in connection with the order — such as making a correction to a form, or providing guidance on next steps to complete the order.

Automated or general responses (e.g., confirmation emails, standard acknowledgments) do not constitute substantive assistance for purposes of this policy.

Refunds are issued in the same manner in which the order was originally completed. Additionally, if the payment method used for the transaction is no longer valid, has been canceled, or stops working for any reason, Site will not be responsible if you cannot receive reimbursement due to closure, cancellation, or any other limitation on the operation of that payment method.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome or Timing

We do not guarantee that your application will be accepted, approved, or processed within any particular timeframe. The U.S. Department of State has sole authority to approve or deny passport applications and to determine processing times. We have no control over, access to, or influence upon government processing, and we make no representation about how long any application will take.

Any processing-time information on the Website is reproduced from government sources for convenience and may not be current. Verify all such information at travel.state.gov.

10. Intellectual Property

The Website, the questionnaire, our software, text, graphics, and design are owned by Easy Apply US or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial purpose of preparing your own application or that of a family member. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

Government forms themselves are public documents and are not claimed as our property.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service to prepare applications containing information you know to be false; use automated means to access, scrape, or overload the Website; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems; resell or commercially redistribute the Service without our written consent; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including government websites. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse their content, and we are not responsible for their practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

13. Electronic Communications and Records

By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including your prepared package, receipts, and service notices, and you agree that electronic records and signatures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY APPLICATION PREPARED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Easy Apply US AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR MISSED TRAVEL, CANCELED TRIPS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOVERNMENT FEES PAID, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Apply US from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or the accuracy or content of information you provided.

18. Modifications to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Purchases already completed are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Sections 6, 10, 15, 16, 17, and 21 survive termination.

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including government action, government shutdowns or backlogs, natural disasters, network failures, or acts of third parties.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act or any other consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

Whether to include one, and in what form, is a judgment call that depends on your entity’s state, your volume, and your chargeback history. Enforceability requirements for consumer arbitration clauses vary meaningfully by state and have been actively litigated. This is not a clause to copy from another site.]

22. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and our refund policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Apply US regarding the Service.
